Ability not to charge taxes on some direct bookings
Vince Breslin
eg. bookings over 30 days may not require tax.

As a minimum I saw a demo from hostaway and hosts are able to edit lines on the price page to add or remove taxes on individual bookings. This flexibility will make the booking page cleaner rather than having random discounts to remove costs which are not required or adjusting a discount rather than having "monthly discount" and another "monthly discount offer" for example for a negotiated rent.

Please, please, please implement this, it is desperately needed by myself and countless other hosts. I have lost thousands in revenue over this.

Please implement this. We need to collect tax for shorter stays and exempt tax for longer stays.

We need this ASAP, we mostly take longer stays and bookings through our website will charge this tax incorrectly.

We need this now! When will this be done?

Please implement this. Hosts can get fined for collecting tax and not remitting to the City. The whole point of a 28+ day stay in most locations is hosts do not have to collect and pay the STR tax and guests do not have to pay it. Thank you!

Does uplisting even charge tax? Looks like no... at least on my website... www.willowdwellings.com

Yes - for all of our properties - we do not need to charge tax on stays over 30 days. It is a huge selling point for us as well. Please add the ability to remove taxes for longer stays!
