A guest CRM is a cenrtal database with references to all guests on a user account.
Important:
- Guests must remain in the CRM even if the listing their booking was on has been removed. Presumably we'd provide a reference to any bookings a guest has reserved, and if the listing (and hence the booking is removed) we'd reference that.
Alternatively, we may need to consider handling bookings different and always storing bookings even if a listing is removed.
- Multiple bookings by the guest are displayed on the Guest CRM page.
- When creating a new booking users can autofill based on Guest CRM

This is an essential item for me, if my guests are signing up to receive marketing from my business, I should have that information. I would imagine giving me access to my data is not difficult.

Dear Vince,
As an independent family operation this feature would stream email marketing which is a critical component to repeat steady business year over year and can lead to many add on extra sales if done right . This feature would set your platform apart in many ways. I can't stress this enough. We would take an integration with an email marketing company such as Brevo if that would get this feature sooner. This sounds great. Should have bean part of your start up. Crm is important in many ways. Sending me here to comment didn't help. when can i expect you to have crm? Im going to look for other channel manager s that has crm today. I see that you have been talking about crm at least since December 2021

My rental is very seasonal (about 12 weeks long). I like to give my current (good) renters the option to rebook the same week the following year before I open the time up to booking sites. I give them 3 options; decline, rebook the same week, or request a different week (although I hold the current week until I identify my open weeks) - it seems like with booking windows and pending bookings, this would be easy to add. It would be great to send the booking option to the guest during the middle of their current trip so they can decide while the family is all still together. - that is my situation for what it is worth. Thanks for considering.

LOOOVVEEE this. With this developed, it would only be a small step away for direct integrations with other marketing systems to make sense. Ex. email marketing, Intercom, Mailchimp, ConvertKit etc bec. we can have a contact sync, pass through reservation data so we can segment by qty of reservations. Ex. send email 30 days after most recent reservation, if guest has booked 2+ times. That type of stuff opens up for us as hosts to start playing with.
