I agree, customer service and response time has become a big problem. Especially when there is an urgent issue and you can’t get anyone to help. I’m especially concerned of issues that take weeks to months, without any real resolution. We are definitely considering other options.

I used Guesty for Hosts (formerly YourPorter - which was great!) and got ruined after Guesty bought it. Lots of bugs and customer service was non-existent. I feared the same would happen to Uplisting, and it seems to be going down the same road...

We have only been with uplisting a few months, but already we have had huge issues with the support function. There is literally no support available and it constantly feels like i am getting AI responses!

Hi all, I need a platform that syncs with Vrbo, booking.com, airbnb, google And has a direct booking page for each house. Uplisting does that but I too am not getting bookings synced and am at risk of double booking often.
Woukd you reccomend a platform that syncs with the above and has direct booking too pleaaaase?

In case anyone is reading this from Uplisting or AirDNA I can only agree with this. I have been a customer for 1 1/2 years and am now looking to move before I'm faced with a major issue. The customer support has never been great, but has some how got worse, much much worse

The fact that I had several reservations NOT sync to my calendar this weekend and no one was available to address the issue is troubling, to say the least. I had a cancellation not come off the calendar and (at least) 4 reservations come through that were not added to the calendar, putting me at risk of double bookings!
I've been a supporter (and even investor) of Uplisting for years, but things seem to only be going downhill since the sale. No new features (despite thousands of requests), and even worse customer support..... I hope the team addresses these issues ASAP or the whole platform is at risk of failing. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but I agree we have reached a completely unacceptable level of support now.
Does anyone even read the feedback in this forum any more?

Mark Petrillo yes I agree and that is why we left about 8 months ago and went to hostaway and much happier now! Same thing happened with YourPorter….
