Feature Requests

The process is as follows: when a booking is made for one of the units in the multi-unit, the system will automatically make the same dates unavailable in random unit in the other linked multi-unit. Can it be set to match the correct units to be blocked out by a booking made on a linked multi nit

Provide a PDF, downloadable invoice for every booking. To include the following information: logo guest name name of the property address of the property price breakdown amount that has been paid remaining balance link to Uplisting guest payment page if relevant

It would be helpful if a changeover could be accepted or declined by a cleaner through a text notification instead of having to go to emails. A notification should also be sent to the property owner on whether the cleaner accepted or declined any particular changeover.

A guest CRM is a cenrtal database with references to all guests on a user account. Important: Guests must remain in the CRM even if the listing their booking was on has been removed. Presumably we'd provide a reference to any bookings a guest has reserved, and if the listing (and hence the booking is removed) we'd reference that. Alternatively, we may need to consider handling bookings different and always storing bookings even if a listing is removed. Multiple bookings by the guest are displayed on the Guest CRM page. When creating a new booking users can autofill based on Guest CRM

Ability to manually add cleaning tasks for long stays who have mid stay cleans

We would like to be able to adjust the cleaning schedule in the following ways: Move the scheduled clean date Add mid stay cleans without having to create a dummy booking Optional access for the cleaners to be able to move the scheduled clean and make notes.

It would be super helpful if we could manually move a scheduled changeover clean, some days our cleaner can't go the day of departure or it may need to go to another cleaning lady who can only do it the day after changeover so we want to be able to move it manually to suit our needds.. there doesn't seem to be any flexibility on this

Add an option for guests to pay a "Pet Fee" (this is already a sugggestion) AND tie this in to the new Security Deposit system. For my use case, I don't want to collect a Security Deposit from ALL bookings, but I do want to collect one for all "Pet" bookings. Even if the Pet Fee Collection stays manual, right now, it would be really nice to be able to trigger the Security Deposit collection for only reservations where people are brining pets (or any other reason, I suppose).

Allow calendar property view monthly like airbnb instead of having to scroll across the page

When putting in a direct booking and changing the pricing for your guests, it would be much easier to add in the percentage discount rather than the ££ value. Example: Booking for a month at £4,000 per month discounting 10%. At the moment in order to put in the discount you need to manually calculate this and input the ££ value.
