i need to be able to send out automated messages guests if they cancel their reservation

Some more information on the email hosts receive, we really need the channel name and the total cost / avg nightly and etc. maybe make it configurable.

Add a separate Calendar line for bank holidays, events, etc, so that we can easily see at which dates of the year we could be increasing our rate. This line should always appear at the top of the calendar, it could synchronise with a public google calendar, and we should be able to set it on or off

They're not required for my properties and is something that just gets in the way unnecessarily and creates extra work. The option to either have this feature enabled or disabled would be great.

I have clients that want to offer promotions but don't want it to be applied to holidays. Please have it to where you can black out dates. :)

It would be really helpful if the notification emails from Uplisting could indicate which booking platform a reservation is from. Currently, the emails only inform me that a booking has been made, but I have to check the dashboard to see the platform details, which is not very convenient. Including this information in the email would make managing reservations much more efficient. I’d appreciate any updates on whether this can be implemented.

At the moment if I have one rental agreement for a listing, that is the only rental agreement I can use for all other listings. This is a major issue as not all listings are the same and require different rental agreement details. But I also can't turn it off for one listing and on for another, so either all listings have it in the guest booking link or none. The same goes for guest identification. I'd like to have it on for some listings and off for others, again it depends on the listing. I'm surprised this isn't already an option.

Users wants the percentage of VAT commission charge by booking.com to reflect on uplisting so that the payouts are similar

A lot of the time when a problem arises, it's urgent. Waiting sometimes 24 hours for each response is extremely frustrating.

If possible, I would suggest implementing an option for the hosts to be prompted if they would like to capture the deposit if the deposit hold fails instead of capturing it automatically. This would prevent charging the processing fees when it is unnecessary.
