Integrate the ChatGPT API with the unified inbox to automatically respond to messages from guests. The bot would draw from data about each property, to answer frequently asked questions in a human-like manner, with a slight delay so as not to seem too robotic. Any messages it doesn't have the information to handle would be escalated as a ticket to the property manager to handle directly. This would save many operators time and VA fees.

Uplisting used to be amazing as it was regularly being updated with new features, but recently I feel like things have completely slowed down and there doesn't seem to be any significant changes/updates this year other than Upsells (which needs improvements). Are you able to share what you have planned/what is actually being worked on in the background? There's "Planned" features in the change log, but they seem to have been static for like a year now. There is only 1 "In Progess" feature and that is just the upsells. Uplisting now lags behind other platforms on so many features, like payout report flexibility, mobile app functionality, AI features, task scheduling, direct booking website features, guest CRMs, Text/Whatsapp messaging and loads more. I have always raved about Uplisting and have encouraged many people to sign-up, but this slow down in new features, combined with the platform crashes is sadly forcing me to consider other options (which I do't want to do!). I don't want this to come across as rude, and Ideally I don't want to move away from Uplisting. I know quite a few others who share this view and I would rather help Uplisting become better through our feedback than move away. Just some information on what is being worked on would at least help us know what is to come.

I would love the option to be able to drag my listings around to reorder them on my dashboard. Rather than every new property we add, just go to the bottom. It will give us more immediate configuration. We could organise it per area, per investor, per what need immediate attention for staff etc. I think it could be a simple addition but would make it so much better.

Similar to the channel markup feature for other channels, I would like the ability to add a markup to my base rates for direct bookings. With this ability, hosts could share in the savings guests receive by booking off platform. By taking advantage of this, hosts could earn enough extra to pay for the cost of Uplisting, so you could use it as a maerkting tool as well. Not only does Uplisting make life easier for hosts, but it could pay for itself and add to hosts bottom lines.

We can create and charge for manual upsells on Uplisting. However, we should offer upsells to guests so they can select and pay for upsells on the guest booking confirmation page.

The messaging with VRBO seems to send a guest an email and not use the in app / site messaging like it does with airb&b. Your domain is also flagged for spam by reputation and almost every single email goes to spam. Literally 8 out of 10 communications with VRBO guests, they always end up missing all instructions and communications. Then they get to checkin and ask where the details are, and we have to go direct them to the email they should have gotten. Instead of a messaging thread of quick question and answer with history, guest also gets individual emails with no context and is very confusing. When we send them links, they can’t click on them either. 3/4 of our guests that have issues or questions are all related to VRBO communications and this email system sent to spam instead of messaging makes it very high maintenance. I’ve questions turning off everything and going back to single platform on ABB due to this communication complexity. The ABB bookings are almost all zero touch for people to come / go at will if you automate everything. Please fix this as this would be HUGE improvement for our effort / time investment for managing your integration platform. VRBO bookings huge pain in arse on this system.

Business analytics such as revenue, occupancy rates, etc

Note: reporting and analytics terms are used interchangeably in our industry. This feature is referring to the operations, rather than business metrics and KPIs (Analytics). User want to easily view bookings, booking statues, notes, etc in a customisable way. Not dissimilar to how you might interact with Excel or Airtable where you can filter data and show/hide data columns. For example, with an advanced reporting feature users would be able to: Display all bookings checking in today and have not verified their id. Show all bookings checking in in the next 3 months that have not paid. Show all new bookings created today (or yesterday, or in the last x days)

Is It possible to get back this functionality for the last minute bookings? It would be great if the codes could generate and send by the platform for all last minute bookings.

Allow guests pay x upfront and remainder y days before check-in (same as payment rules for direct bookings).
