Allow users to customize taxes (e.g. they can apply VAT to nightly rates but don’t apply it to cleaning fees).

This is something that was requested by a VRM in Mexico as they are obliged to pay VAT on nightly rates but not cleaning fees. Without being able to customize the taxes, they can't use Uplisting as this would mean they'd have a compliance issue.
