Ability to use custom email address (for better delivery and branding)

Looking for a possibility for the outgoing messages to be more account/ user branded instead of Uplisting brand. We are surely grateful for your platform but this request is due to the fact that many emails sent to the guests end up in their spam/ junk folder in their email since it is not recognized as a legit email coming from a known contact.

I moved from Smoobu to Uplisting and this is the only feature that I really miss. I used a gateway SMS system to send access instructions via SMS a few hours before guest arrival. It reduced our "we can't get in" events by 90%... even though we message details instructions as well... guests, we have to love them :).

Vince Breslin I'd say this is kinda top tier feature request. This is a major pain point for us, so I'm guessing it's a pain point for others as well. I'd upvote this 20x if I could

Nathan Welton: Yep. This has been an ongoing problem for us, with guests not finding their check in information as recently as.... yesterday. Changing the "From" Display name to the property name or something customizable (using Customer Property Attributes) is also a must.

Our Gmail guests do not receive email communications as email Get Google to treat Uplisting email communications as "incoming mail" for our guests, not to re-direct to the "Gmail Promotions" Tab as they are currently doing.
