This should also include the ability to see images that guests send our way. When there is an issue during a reservation guests usually take pictures and send them through chat.

148 upvotes and counting since this was suggested in 2020....... I wish Uplisting would prioritize relatively simple improvements like this over complex new releases that have far less demand from users.

Sorry but, this has been noted 3 years ago? And it isn't anywhere on the roadmap? I thought the whole motto for Uplisitng was to really listen to the users...come on guys.

I have been avoiding using a channel manager for a while now but finally made the jump to ease things...
Seems shocking that pictures cannot be added?! This is such an important thing to include maps, keysafe location...and having to add a link seems like an additional complication instead of resolving the issue. It is not ideal at all particularly as some people may feel uncomfortable accessing links.
Can this please be sorted out?
I may literally have to start searching for another channel manager...

This feature request was made nearly 3 years ago. It hasn't even made it to the "under review" section of the roadmap. Contacting support leads to canned responses saying to just go follow this stale feature request or send the guests links to pictures in the cloud.
I can literally attach an image to this post, but I can't send a guest an image using Uplisting.
It is such a necessary feature, for sending instructions, locations, how to use smart locks etc.. that airbnb and booking.com etc have this natively in their platforms.
I signed up for and paid for uplisting specifically to help me streamline communicating with guests across multiple platforms and properties. I never dreamed in a million years that this basic feature would not even exist on uplisting, and not even be in the pipeline.
I'm now having to investigate other providers like Lodgify to see if they offer this basic feature. It seems from their blog Lodgify have had this feature for years.
Does anyone know of any other platforms that have this feature?
