Note: reporting and analytics terms are used interchangeably in our industry. This feature is referring to the operations, rather than business metrics and KPIs (Analytics).
User want to easily view bookings, booking statues, notes, etc in a customisable way. Not dissimilar to how you might interact with Excel or Airtable where you can filter data and show/hide data columns.
For example, with an advanced reporting feature users would be able to:
- Display all bookings checking in today and have not verified their id.
- Show all bookings checking in in the next 3 months that have not paid.
- Show all new bookings created today (or yesterday, or in the last x days)

Please can we add the simple feature of indicating reservations which are marked "Not Paid". This can simply be added a field in the report export. This helps us avoid the blocking off of the calendar for potential bookings which could otherwise not be booked. This would be particularly helpful where there are several hundred properties on the profile.

Keenan Mageira: the advanced report will allow you create a saved report which displays all unpaid bookings checking-in in the next 14 days (for example) or for any bookings checking-in within a custom date range you can set (eg. from today until Sept 24th 2025).

Just elaborating on the above, I realised in Uplisting's report that the "Total Payout-" for Booking.com is wrong because you haven't subtracted the "Booking taxes" that Booking.com takes and you are including that in the owner's payout which they don't see. It seems to be slight error but it's all there in the columns you provide. Is there a way to get this fixed so we don't have to manually change that?

We have started working on advanced reporting which will give you access to all bookings, booking data and filter by date range and various statuses.
You will be able to download your reports and in time set up automated email alerts on a daily/weekly etc basis.
