Integrate the ChatGPT API with the unified inbox to automatically respond to messages from guests.
The bot would draw from data about each property, to answer frequently asked questions in a human-like manner, with a slight delay so as not to seem too robotic.
Any messages it doesn't have the information to handle would be escalated as a ticket to the property manager to handle directly. This would save many operators time and VA fees.

Dillon DuBois Has anyone else used Besty or other AI communication platforms? I have tried Besty and it is pretty bad in terms of AI communication. Maybe it still needs more training under how I respond. Curious if other programs are better? Perhaps Uplisting can partner with multiple so we have more choices.

Mark Petrillo Charles Hura I tried besty only a few weeks ago and it didn't seem to even pull in 90% of the conversations so I was barely able to actually test its response capabilities.
It would probably be ok if the connection actually worked properly?
HostAI looks like a better option at the moment, Dillon DuBois can we fix the issues with Besty or look at integrating with another AI responser such as Host AI?

This what l am looking for, l want to save my time by not responding the simple questions where you can find them easily on your booking page(wifi-password, requesting towels, routes, restaurants and so on). Because, it happens often that client just wants to ask you a question on spot instead of reading the info or description of the listing. WE NEED AI INTEGRATION ASAP.

This has been on our minds since Chat GPT released. Just a question of time as to who is implementing it. Hospitable have had a janky version of this for a few years. We're starting to shop around for other PMS to be able to have this.
As we're addressing endlessly repetative questions by guests, I think there might be a simpler solution - rather than AI messaging responses (though this would be cool).
If the booking confirmation page, included information for guests about their stay: how to checkin, where to park, can you smoke, and add upsells (like the platform Duve) - I think guests would stop asking small questions. They would have all the info at the tip of their fingers, and wouldn't message hosts at all for these types of things.
Instead of building complex AI - it may be much easier to include this info on the booking confirmation page after an online checkin is completed...

Checkin/out times
Parking instructions
wifi instructions
Local recommendations
etc.
What would be truly amazing to something like this, would be to add "Upsell options" to this too. This would mean that guests can add their own upsells to their booking. Like add a dog, add an early checkin, etc. The guys at Duve are doing something like this.
I feel that guests don't really want to be sending and reading thousands of messages. They want the information on the spot. We've built PDF guides on Canva that do this for our guests and it really helps - however if the online checkin page became their checkin info after completing their security checks - that would be sexy and loved by our guests.
It would also remove the friction of asking guests for security checks, because they hate to fill out forms. This way, if a guest completes an ID check, security deposit payment and signs a rental agreement - their efforts will be 'rewarded' with the checkin info/information about their stay. It would be all on the same link.

Family Elwes Why not set this all up as automated messaging using Outbound instead of trying to build it into the PMS where you'd have less control over it?
If you are getting the same questions repeatedly, you are not providing your guests with enough information.

Do we have an estimated timeline yet for this feature Vince Breslin? Would solve a lot of pain points. Other PMS’ are well ahead in this area and integrating with some of the other solutions.

Yes we need to be onboard with this asap please and is a game changer for hosts.Please use Bnb Booking in the trial when its ready! I cant think of any other feature that could compare with this as a value add to just get rid of all the wasteful questions like Like
