Allow custom markup to be set on a per property basis aside from the current per channel basis

Is there a way to do custom markup on a per channel + per property basis? In other words, I want to only have a specific property have a reduced markup rate on VRBO.

This is so critical for me too and highly needed !
as:
a) on airbnb I have both listings with a 15% host fee and others with a 3,5% host fee ... 
b) on booking.com some listing are genius level 1 so i have a high mark up to compensate this, which however fall heavy for my other listing which do not have genius ....

I am looking for this feature too. I really need a separate markup for my listings. Especially useful for incentives such as the Genius Programme that is enabled on only one of my properties. The markup is heavy for my other listings, which can reduce bookings...

I really need to have a separate mark up for each listing, some listing are genius level 1 with booking.com so i have a mark up of 10% to compensate this. My newest listings are not on genius yet but I'm still charging guests a 10% mark up but they are not benefitting from the genius level 1 discount which is affecting my bookings.
