Please could the % of bookings placed direct be shown on the insights page. Or even better, a simple pie chart displaying a breakdown of where bookings are coming from.

I like this feature! I would love to see the total revenue numbers without taxes included.
I would also like to be able to change the occupancy stat to calculate {total nights ÷ booked nights}

It would really get owners off my back and save me a tremendous amount of time if the owner dashboard had very basic analytics (amount booked in next month, quarter, year; ytd and month over month revenue and occupancy comparisons; and the ability for them to pull their own reports, especially with sales tax as a report column)
