Option to attach images to automated messages.
I would love to be able to attach images of location of property lockbox as it is in alternative location to the property.
Currently i have to set a time reminder for me to go into each ota at set time to correspond with the automated messgae and post the images for the guest

I agree with this. It's very important to be able to attach images. This will give the guest visuals of the property and other important information for their stay.

Yes, a 100%. This needs to happen if you go. Around they're baby or venmo or anybody, and they haven't booked yet, just to show them what what the swimming pool looks like or the bedroom or whatever

This should also include the ability to see images that guests send our way. When there is an issue during a reservation guests usually take pictures and send them through chat.
