I have a suggestion that will make us using Uplisting looking more professional towards our Guests.

We know that at present it only handles automated messages top Guests in English for which many international Guests often will not understand. To fix this you need to send out the messages translated in to many languages (in my case 6 different languages).

It makes the messages very heavy for Guests and to understand where their language will appear etc. Apparently in AirBnB it is being translated depending on the device the Guest uses so they will get it in my case 6 times translated to their language. As for Booking that doesn’t translate the messages to Guests it will then come out 6 times in a row.

My suggestion is to change this which should be fairly easy Today in case you can incorporate AI like ChatGPT and based on the Guests country which appears in the Channel booking it should pick that language for the message and translate the English version to their language.
