Would be interested to know current situation of this? It is very frustrating having to manually duplicate the emails to the main/head guests when bookings are done by staff members. It totally defeats the automatic messaging option.

I have just asked this same question, we have companies booking for staff via BDC or wherever, currently the guest isn't receiving the arrival info on the morning of arrival as this is going to BDC or whichever portal, we need to ensure that the guest who the booking is for is receiving all the information to stop phone calls from guests wanting to know how to get in etc. Adding their email address is vital for us, we used to use Duve, this was great as it sent an SMS too but we would prefer not to have a few different platforms doing different jobs.

Another reason this is important is with Zapier and OpenPhone then I can use this to SMS guests with my business number with automated texts that they can reply to. Uplisting Message -> Email -> Zapier Email Parser -> OpenPhone -> SMS text message to guest
