Bulk update common listing settings

We're proposing a new way to update listing settings (eg. max length of stay), so you can update one or more listings in one go.
We released we needed a better way to update multiple properties (especially for our larger members with 20, 50, 100, 200+ properties) which is why we started to create 'global' pages like the security deposit page. Here you can update all listings in one view.
However, there may be a better way to do this. With the global settings, you still need to enter a value for each listing. Instead, it may be better to have a feature similar to bulk update rates where you can select all the listings you want a value to apply to and click update.

Indeed. I find that I need to be able to do bulk updates based on the tags that I've assigned to different properties. For instance, I rank my properties into Tier 1, 2 and 3. I want to do bulk price updates on each of those tiers. I shouldn't need to go through the entire list and tick off the individual properties one by one to do such an update. I should just be able to tick "Tier 1".
