It would be great to be able to having a running cash flow calculation of payouts (income) vs rent, cleaning, bills (expenses) to project cash flow. as the income data all comes through uplisting, and the cleaning fees are built in, I'd love to be be able to put in the weekly rent amount and see a cash flow forecast, would save a lot of time on doing it manually in a spreadsheet. unless there is already an integration for this?
