So I just added Clients & Statements to help my PM company. There are TWO HUGE FLAWS. On the STATEMENTS: PM's should be able to customize the invoice. If a guests checks in June 28th but checks out July 2nd we should be able to count that booking for JUNE.. not July. We have our company set up to pay our clients this way. I don't think it is right for an owner to have to wait until August to get that payment. So I deleted Statements as this will not work for our company.
2nd- CLIENTS- I just recently gained a new client from a different PM company who was using Hostaway. My client was able to have access to see the "Booking payout amount" PLUS the calendar. I added this client to "CLIENTS". After exploring the app and desktop she realized that she can DELETE, MOVE, CANCEL a booking. This is TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE. I do not trust clients to not accidentally delete a booking. I then "unclicked" view individual bookings which then ONLY gave her access to see the calendar. She can do this for FREE just going on the listing. If this is not fixed I will not continue to pay for services that have this flaw. It needs to have its own toggle option under "View individual booking". I'm sure this is an easy fix and have confidence that your company can figure it out.
