Option/ability to override current settings where, despite of adding the guest email, messages still sent to an online travel agent. We need an option for communication to be sent to the guest email address and not keep them on the online travel agent platform. It also creates many issues if the reservations made on behalf of someone else.

Agreed, when I was using Hostfully they used your email settings, so it looked like the email was sent from your own email rather than the PMS. The items also appeared in your sent items.

John Wood: That's great too, but what is annoying is the fact that if the guest booked via OTA there is no option to send any of the communication to the guest email address. Very annoying, especially if the booking is on behalf of someone else!
