Agree with this one - would be a game changer. We're thinking of moving to a different guest communication tool called Duve that has this feature as it makes such a difference.

Very much needed feature. So many guests may have problems connecting to their OTA apps on arrival. WhatsApp is the only way we can communicate fast with guests and for free.

Yes that would be amazing. Because I have been having an issue where booking.com guests would not check/receive messages/emails and would not know how to access the property.

We also think mapping an Uplisting booking to a WhatsApp number for messaging (which is what we do anyway for all direct bookings) rather than email would be way better so we can keep everything in the unified inbox
