I just wanted to touch base and ask if you have any plans of a Xero Integration?? It would make the WORLD of difference. There’s not too many (actually there’s none) PMS systems that have connections with...XERO – I really love using Uplisting, but I need some automation with Xero.

I built guestrevenue.com for this purpose - you feed it your Airbnb, booking.com & VRBO financial statements and it does the Xero entry & payment reconciliation for you. I would prefer to integrate with Uplisting, but it needs some financial data that Uplisting currently doesn't provide. So you have to download & upload CSVs (and PDFs for booking.com, yuck).

It's free to use at the moment while I work out whether it's a viable business - possibly not! But I've relied on it for my own rentals for the last year, and it works.
