yes this is super important. we know that people book when they see previous good reviews from other guests. This is something I could request from guests when I was on eviivo.

Agree! We just switched over from Lodgify and finding that ya'll don't have all the features they do. Just had a direct booking guest check out and wanted to leave a review. This really needs to be priority as well as being able to add additional charges for direct bookings at time of booking. Such as pet, management fees, etc.

Direct booking reviews would be great as reviews are what keep guests booking, so I'd be reluctant to send guests to book directly knowing that they wouldn't be able to leave a review. Having the ability to show bookings.com and airbnb request would be good also

Google does not show reviews without this

For sure, all major rental platforms out there have the reviews. They're a must to help renters/landlords weed out good from bad properties. You have to help us to help you!

yes please!! Especially those they can be seen on Google Vacation Rentals. i definitely want to be able to collect reviews for direct booking.

it would all be awesome if there was an optional feature where we pulled Airbnb reviews over onto the direct booking website. If the Host could toggle this on or off as desired that would be AWESOME!

For Example:

"Direct Booking Guest Reviews - 4 (5 stars)

Airbnb Guest Reviews - 17 (5 stars)"

You guys really do need to add review functionality for direct bookings and Google

This is a critical decision item for us in selection of a new PMS. Unfortunately without pulling in our reviews previously established on our Google Business Profile, it is not worth it yet.

Very much needed, our guests are asking how to leave reviews.
