Vince Breslin this has been under review since June 2022, what is the situation now? I cannot use direct booking via uplisting with a 2 week free cancelation policy, I would never be able to re-book in time , as my places are for large groups in remote areas. There are 99 votes, is this happening and if so , how soon? Thanks for your help.

Yes. Also have a nice spot on the home page or listing page showing free text about our cancellation policy. Normally we can offer better options than the preset AirBNB and VRBO so we can win the direct booking

This is needed. Currently our guests are unaware that there is a nonrefundable portion of their reservation. (It's in our terms and conditions, but no one reads those...)
