The messaging with VRBO seems to send a guest an email and not use the in app / site messaging like it does with airb&b. Your domain is also flagged for spam by reputation and almost every single email goes to spam. Literally 8 out of 10 communications with VRBO guests, they always end up missing all instructions and communications. Then they get to checkin and ask where the details are, and we have to go direct them to the email they should have gotten.
Instead of a messaging thread of quick question and answer with history, guest also gets individual emails with no context and is very confusing. When we send them links, they can’t click on them either.
3/4 of our guests that have issues or questions are all related to VRBO communications and this email system sent to spam instead of messaging makes it very high maintenance. I’ve questions turning off everything and going back to single platform on ABB due to this communication complexity. The ABB bookings are almost all zero touch for people to come / go at will if you automate everything. Please fix this as this would be HUGE improvement for our effort / time investment for managing your integration platform. VRBO bookings huge pain in arse on this system.
