I am subleasing rented properties and would like to have fixed dates (the end of the current lease) as my booking windows instead of a rolling availability window.

As well as having rolling availability windows it would be great to be able to set 'availability open till' a set date per listing. For rented properties with a lease end date this would save so much time from having to do it in each individual platform
