Have an icon or button which guests can use for inquiries about a listing they're looking to book, or as another way to reach out to hosts instead of using host email or phone number.

This is greatly needed. What is the progress on this? As my listings are quite large, and my guests need to plan their trips with a group of friends/family, most guests send me inquiry before booking on Airbnb.

We use FB Messenger and it works great we even have a bot on it. Would be really nice to be able to just add the script to the website. Nothing to do for Uplisting and it's an awesome solution

Yes sounds good. But would need to come through as a text or something on our phones to notify us. Additionally have a pop up that it is currently unmanned if not answered in 15 minutes or so as a lot of people are not on their computers 24 x 7 and I cannot get Uplisting to work properly on my samsung phone. So when I am away from the office I cannot respond or do anything on Uplisting.
