This is also why I sent a special request asking for the lead time rate change to be available as a percentage discount. My rates are not static throughout the year, so it doesn't work to set lead time rates at one rate. It should be a percentage discount of whatever that dates rate is.

Hey, any feedback on this yet? This one’s a big deal—it could really help businesses out big time. It lets owners, property managers, and companies fully automate their dynamic pricing based on whatever static price they’ve set. Percentages can be chosen for example 5% discount 30 days before and 10% discount 14 days before, etc.

The rates don't seems to change within the 7-day range selected, like the screenshot in support docs. This feature needs a overhaul, useless as it stands...

This would be so useful, i've got it on Airbnb and hope that that over-rides the up listing price, for now.

We 100% agree - the current set up does not work and causes a lot more admin work for my team as we have to remember manually change the lead time rate ahead of any special rates set. A percentage discount makes so much more sense.

Or add in extra "Available lead time rate rules," for example 3 days or 1 day before check-in.

100% agree- this is very important. Discount based on static pricing is useless to me.
