This feature is more essential to hosts than you may realise. Good money is being left on the table due to the lack of this Pricelabs feature integration.

Please give us a setting where if I decrease min. length of stay, the price automatically increases by a percentage. That would be awesome!

I would also note that this would help boost Airbnb rankings. Right now, I do not allow one-night bookings, so I'm limited in the search results. But I would gladly turn it on if I'm able to charge a premium. Pricelabs can do this through other PMS services, so the ability is there.

Blake: Hi, you need to do this manually, change room nights, then change your pricing.

Yes, please! I would love to be able to add a LOS premium to one-night bookings! If anything, adjust your API to allow Pricelabs to use their LOS pricing!

I will give an example of how I see LOS pricing and how it can be useful for hosts, mainly on non-pick season or bank holidays: rate of 1380 for one night, 690 for 2 nights, 460 for 3 nights or more. So, if for some reason, the guest wishes to stay for only one night, he may, and the host will get 1.380, therefore the stay is worth it. At the same time the guest is prompted to stay for more, since he will be paying the same amount for 2 or 3 nights.
