Monthly (or installment) payments for mid-term rentals
Luv
As mid-term bookings stretch for 1-12 months (typically 3-9 months) in listings that are often furnished, a feature which would allow collection of guest payments monthly, and not the full amount upon booking confirmation, would be ideal.

We need more flexibility with guest payment rules in general. Sometimes I need to create a reservation for a 1-3 months with the guest paying weekly, but the current ability to split the reservation into 2 payments means I'm creating new reservations every 2 weeks, which is very inconvenient. Also, the ability to make a reservation for multiple months with payments each month would be very valuable.

Really really need this capability so guests can pay monthly for longer stays

I was really surprised to find out that this feature isn't available. I'm trying to book travel nurses for 3-6 month stays and they aren't able to pay for that all up front nor should they have to. This is needed straight away. The direct booking site has little value if guests cant use it.

This is definitely needed ASAP. If implementation of automatic monthly payments is too difficult to do quickly, please allow an option so that payment on stays over 30 days are processed manually.

This is a big deal. It has cost me business as well.

Most of our properties are extended-stay properties, so guests book for several months at a time. Airbnb automatically requests payment from extended-stay guests at the beginning of each month for that month. With Uplisting's maximum of 2 payments, both of which must be completed prior to check-in, guests are unwilling to book on our website because they would have to pay for their entire stay up front. We have received several clues that lead us to believe that we are losing direct bookings for this reason. Please set up a payment schedule that allow guests to pay month to month.
