More eSign Rental Agreement customization

This feature would allow us to create custom rental agreements for each listing, if we wish, and allow us to turn eSign rental agreements on or off for each individual listing. Thus we could avoid paying the $6/month per listing if we don't wish to use rental agreements for all of them.

There is no cost for the eSign feature, Jacob.
You can send custom content to each listing using custom property attribute tags (learn more here: https://support.uplisting.io/docs/custom-property-attributes).
You could create a custom property attribute called 'rental agreement' (eg. {{{rental_agreement}}} and insert the entire rental agreement for each property in the custom property attribute. Then the only content you add to the eSign feature itself is {{{rental_agreement}}}.
The system would not create or display any eSign rental inputs for properties where you haven't added content in the custom tag.
