More flexibility with Guest Payment Rules

Our team needs more flexibility with guest payment rules.
- The ability to split the payment into multiple payments (not just 2) would help for longer stays (e.g. a booking for 6-12 months, with monthly payments). We often host workers who stay for a number of weeks/months but need to pay weekly or monthly.
- The ability to set payment rules for specific time periods or dates. We could set a payment rule for Jan-Mar and a different rule for the summer, for example.
- The ability to set payment rules dependent on the length of say (e.g. split payments for 30 days or longer, but require full payment for shorter stays)
- The ability to set a payment rule for a specific booking. (This would help if the above can't all be implemented). So if I create a booking for a guest, I can edit the payment rule for that specific booking without needing to change it for the property. I often want to give a specific guest a payment plan based on negotiations but I don't want that to extend to every booking.
