While you’re in the messaging service within the software, if a guest asks you anything about dates — for instance, checking availability or options for early check-in — you cannot see the calendar without exiting the message to check and then returning. It would be helpful if there were an option to either scroll through the calendar or have a visual view of it directly within the messaging service, allowing you to see both the left side (inquiry) and the right side (calendar) of the booking.
