Much faster support response time

A lot of the time when a problem arises, it's urgent. Waiting sometimes 24 hours for each response is extremely frustrating.

Agreed, the time to get an answer is ridiculous, it used to be great, send a message, agent responded and actioned the response, now they respond telling you they had to send it to someone else to deal with and it takes an age. It's gone downhill rapidly.. It will make people leave..

Agreed! Though I did manage to get a response in less than 24hrs recently which is an improvement on 72hrs some months ago. If it has carried on like that I would have moved. The CEO has stated this is an area they are focusing on improving this year, so I am holding out to see if they do

Sadly, I had to move over to Hostaway because of the exceptionally poor customer service now provided by Uplisting. Sad day when AirDNA got involved.

AirDNA must have completely gutted the customer service team and left Dan Kavanagh Dan Kavanagh to send apologies that fell flat.

It was much faster when they begun, often immediate response, now it’s way too slow.
