Automated message to guest with customizable timeline that sends a message when the day before/or after is available.

Hello --first_name--,
We wanted to let you know that the cabin is available the day before your arrival. If you'd like to extend your trip by arriving a day early, we'd be happy to offer you a discount price for the stay of $125. The way we see it is, the more time in the mountains, the better!
Please let us know if you're interested and we'll update your reservation, otherwise, we'll be looking forward to your original arrival date!
ORPHAN CHECK OUT:
Hey there --first_name--,
We just wanted to let you know that the cabin is still available the day after you're booked to check out. If you'd be interested in extending your trip a night, we would be happy to offer you an additional stay for a $125.
If you'd like to do so, let us know and we will change the reservation by adding in the extra day and discount price, and resend it back to you. The way we see it, the longer the time at the cabin, the better :)

Vince Breslin: Not sure how you plan to do this, but adding an Outbound trigger that can check specific calendar availability would be awesome. Ie, {night_before_check_in}, {night_after_check_out}
