Please include a space to indicate a pet reservation that will also trigger a pet policy message to the guest. as well as breaking down the reservation for number of adults and number of children.

We also charge a fee per pet, per night, to a maximum number of pets. Kinda the same function as charging an amount per additonal guest after a set number of guests. This seems like it could be a simple fix, but im no coder. Simply select number of pets like you do guests for price calculation.

Agreed with some of the other commenters. Having to explain to guests that they'll receive separate invoices for booking and pet fees and then manually sending them through stripe is both confusing and time consuming.
Understood that Uplisting has limited control over what VRBO/HomeAway makes available in their APIs but without being able to set part of the pricing/fee structure, the Uplisting pricing management tools really aren't complete and there are inconsistencies in prices between channels.
Please prioritize this.

Integrated VRBO is becoming more of a head ache. our pet fee is not communicated through the original VRBO reservation, and to send a "extra" communication after the original booking, explaining the difference or sending a separate invoice thru stripe is bad business.

Please add the extra services fees directly through VRBO communication and invoicing.

Yes! A pet button that allows us to collect our pet fees would be SO HELPFUL!

Adding a Pet button will allow property owners to charge an associated pet fee online at the time of booking. There is an additional fee line item in uplisting which we have filled out for pet fee, but no way to integrate that into the site for guests to use. We are stuck having to charge guests again when they arrive to just pay for a pet fee and this happens for at least a quarter of our guests.

Building pet fees (which are already in the back end) into the booking process is long overdue and should be an easy addition. It's just an optional drop-down that needs to be added to the booking process. Thanks!
