It would be helpful to be able to add a re-occurring set of information/tasks to a listing that autofill into the notes of every changeover.
It would be very helpful if we could utilise custom property attributes in this section as well.
This way, any new housekeeping team will have access to any important information specific to that apartment, as well as being able to identify any specific area of the property that need attention.
E.G.
-Use lockbox #2
-Lockbox code is 0000
-please make sure to water the plant in the master bedroom
-always bring 2 x towels
- please check the shower drain in the bathroom as it clogs easily.

I would like to have a checklist available to the cleaners as an automatic autofill in the notes for each changeover. In addition to being able to automatically provide the lockbox codes, etc. Maybe the option for a cleaner to upload a picture(s) when completed?

Hi, I love the emails sent from Uplisting about changeovers. However, it would be helpful to add the manager notes for every cleaning and save it as a regular everyday note. I currently have to copy and paste every time I schedule a new cleaning.

It would also be very helpful to have the total number of nights for the next booking visible to the housekeeper so they can bring the appropriate amount of linen. Cheers!
