It would be helpful to be able to add a re-occurring set of information/tasks to a listing that autofill into the notes of every changeover.
It would be very helpful if we could utilise custom property attributes in this section as well.
This way, any new housekeeping team will have access to any important information specific to that apartment, as well as being able to identify any specific area of the property that need attention.
E.G.
-Use lockbox #2
-Lockbox code is 0000
-please make sure to water the plant in the master bedroom
-always bring 2 x towels
  • please check the shower drain in the bathroom as it clogs easily.
