Yep - very useful feature, as it could do it immediately, even for bookings way in the future.
Again, we need to be able to toggle whether to have this on or off.
Implementing a 'Lead Time Min. Stay' rule would work well in combo with this

Please! Wheelhouse is smart enough to do this for me. Shame I have to go into Uplisting and manually set it each time this happens.

Matt Borton: That request came from me (via support) long ago. I know it says complete, but it doesn't work. MLOS is set on Uplisting only.

Vince Breslin: if this is true, there must be something set incorrectly on my Uplisting account, because I have never been able to get MLOS to sync. Do those settings need to be blank on uplisting, maybe?

Vince Breslin: I followed up with Customer Support, thinking I must have a setting wrong since syncing MLOS has never worked for me. This is the response I received this morning:

There are two ways to set minimum stay on Airbnb, one is via the calendar endpoint (which we do) and one is via the availability endpoint (which Wheelhouse does). You see rules/periods on the Airbnb availability tab which is where Wheelhouse sets the min stay. We'd have to build functionality to parse those rules then turn them into calendar day settings.
We're not going to do that in the short term as we're working with Wheelhouse on a direct integration. The goal is to decommission the dynamic price syncing feature entirely and rely instead on direct integrations.

YES! better than WH/PriceLabs. Would also be nice to change min stay if not possible anymore. For example we have 3 day min for weekend Thursday to Sunday but if someone books Friday to Monday I need to remove the 3 days min stay from Thursday as it's not possible anymore

I would prefer a simple rules based native automation instead of relying on an integration with BeyondPricing or Wheelhouse. In addition, a highlight / notation on the calendar when dates are blocked due to MLOS similar to Airbnb calendar.

PLEASE! This has been so difficult since moving to Uplisting. BeyondPricing used to handle this but now Uplisting overrides my MLOSs. Please please please have a feature that can shorten the MLOS during gaps automatically!

Vince Breslin: Any chance you can directly integrate with Wheelhouse too? They hadle MLOS perfectly, but Uplisting overrides it, requiring manual adjustment all the time. If this could be toggled off and pulled with directly from Wheelhouse or Airbnb, like how pricing works, that would be awesome.

This would be very helpful and should be easy to implement. Wheelhouse handled this for me perfectly before I started using Uplisting, but now I need to do it manually because while my pricing still comes from Wheelhouse (via Airbnb), it seems my MLOS comes only from Uplisting.

I think the best way to handle this would be to integrate with WH directly, as they have a robust solution already.

This is a very cool feature that I've first seen on wheelhouse. Would be interesting to enable a "fill in gaps" feature in the MLOS of settings.
