"The core issue is how Uplisting recognises revenue. At the moment, all revenue is attributed to the check-out month - for example, if a guest checks in on 12th July and checks out on 8th August, Uplisting allocates 100% of the revenue to August. However, we need to split the income so that July is credited with the nights that fall in that month, and August receives the rest. This way, we can generate accurate monthly owner statements."
