Take last minute security deposit payments immediately for all bookings

Currently Uplistings take security deposit payments for direct bookings instantly, however, this is not true for Booking.com or Vrbo.
This feature is to change the logic so Uplisting takes security payment immediately for all booking sites.
One reason this is an issue is check-in instructions aren't sent until the deposit is paid.

Let me add my own request for greater flexibility to take the security deposit much sooner than the day before the arrival of a new client/renter. What about, at the time full payment is made, or one month before or three weeks/two weeks/one week before etc? My situation relates to direct bookings on my own website it would help us to provide a better experience if it were possible to take security deposits sooner. We typically take 50% of the payment at the time of the booking and then the remainder eight weeks before the stay. The sooner we take the security deposit the sooner we can send out our comprehensive guidance on the property to the renter. We have a fantastic PDF ‘the welcome notes ‘ to the property and the quicker we can get that out to renters the sooner they feel comforted that they are in good hands.
