Can we please have a look at the allowing a team member access to General Setting - Daily Summary (Email) - The account owner doesn't work operationally daily so we need the Ops lady to have access to this and to receive this email, currently we are relying on the company owner to log in and forward his email. Can this be looked into? I have asked on chat and they said it isn't poss right now but to log it here. Thanks

Have the option to set a user to just see the action screen with filter set on today and check in only. Use case: using a telephone answering service, which means that they would need access to the checking in report. Ideally we would like them to have access to the live feed, so if any new bookings come in they can still help.

Vince Breslin In my business i have cohosts not just cleaners. I want them to have access to the inbox messaging for certain properties but not all the pricing information or to be able to change property details. I suppose being able to assign view or edit permissions would be nice.

Owners must be able to receive notifications of new bookings. They should also be able to select whether dates they mark unavailable require cleaning.

Other than updating the pricing details an owner can see that we have already discussed for the owner account, it would be nice to have the possibility to upload documents to an owner account, for example, the ability to upload the monthly report in format PDF.
It would also be good to have the ability to set up automatic notifications when a booking is created, modified or deleted. That way the owner would know when to log in to review booking details.
If working with permissions, maybe the reservation notes could be shared with the owners. Also good because if you didn't want to give permission to see pricing details in the notes you could indicate the owner gross income for the individual booking.
Finally, regarding the ability for owners to block dates, maybe they could have the ability to request to block dates. They can request within their own login and the administrator would receive the request in his/her login to then be able to confirm or deny.

I will bring over from one of my other requests...in the owner portal it would be useful to see the cancellation policy applied to each reservation.

Cory@ Home in Rome: that would be great indeed ! now we have to go back to each booking's platform/page and check which cancellation policy applied ... this is complicated and tiresome, especially now with Covid, where guests go back all the time asking things about the cancellation policy which applies to their booking
