Some of the names of message tags are not clear as to the information provided - what is the difference between {check_in_time} and {arrival_time} for example? It would be helpful when creating automated message & saved replies for a description of each message tag, custom message tag and custom property attribute tag to appear in a tool-tip whenever the mouse pointer hovers over the respective tag insert button
