Currently we do not know if a guest has not paid the second half of booking or not signed Rental Agreement etc unless we check. There should be a notification certain number of days before arrival that lets us know if something is not complete.

We are releasing a Dashboard feature by end of Jan 2023 which will display any bookings that aren't paid, security deposit has failed, guest id (via the Uplisting feature) is not verified and eSign rental agreement not signed.

Vince Breslin dashboard is not good enough! Then we still have to “poll” or look at the dashboard constantly to see if there is an issue! Need a way to receive a email or message if there’s an issue. This way we can be notified of pending bookings!
This is not a solution. Please create a new ticket.

We are working on an advanced reporting feature too where you can create your own reports. This is due for release towards the end of Q2.

I just lost a lot of money this weekend because somebody had created a pending booking through Google and I did not realize my calendar got blocked. This was a special for same day booking. 48 hours for expiring the booking by then it would have been over.
I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS A PENDING BOOKING BY MESSAGE/EMAIL if it does not convert after a defined set of time… like 10 min.

Is the Rental Agreement not signed notice active yet? How do I set it to receive a notice if it has not been signed prior to arrival, also I do not want the Check in Instructions (sent morning of arrival) to be sent to a guest that has not signed it.

Pamela Goodchild: On the Dashboard you can see any bookings checking in for the next 7 days that haven't signed their agreement.
There are filters on the Outbound where you can set any message not to send unless the agreement is signed. https://support.uplisting.io/docs/message-filters#rental-agreement

Agree with these comments as this is a critical function where money has been lost prior to procedures being put in place. Needs to be a high priority.

Yes please. Booking . Com unpaid reservations are killing me. We need a better way to track what has or has not been paid.

Better have a tiny picture of a piece of paper on bar of reservation not signed. Have $ if not complete paid, have this as optional feature to show on calandar for that particular reservation.

I agree with this, we have to trawl through and check each booking manually, if we had a list which was visible of what is outstanding this would save a lot of time.
