We can create and charge for manual upsells on Uplisting. However, we should offer upsells to guests so they can select and pay for upsells on the guest booking confirmation page.

Alerting to and allowing members to accept/reject alteration requests should be possible on Uplisting. Also, review special offers.

Direct booking should be more profitable. Now direct booking have only the 15% discount (Airbnb fee...and so on). I would like to have the chance to add a markup price to add to the base price automatically also to direct bookings. In this way managers and property owners could get more revenue and guest still a discount. For instance a 5% markup will allow to still have a 10% discount compared to Airbnb prices but 5% more form the base prices. Now you have to "play" with the base price to make it higher and then reduce the platform markup fee, or change it manually for every direct booking request.It 's complicated. Unless there another way to do it that I'm missing,

Wheelhouse is one of the better pricing engines out there. Would be nice to get their feed directly into Uplisting

could we please have optional extras added to the bookings page? For cot hire, early check in, late check out, etc. Which can be automatically added to the final bill at time of booking?

Airbnb offers a new pet fee. This is not available via their integration yet, however, we will add it as soon as we can.

A better solution when collecting security deposits is to use pre-auth for all booking durations. How it will work: Collect pre-auth for all bookings If booking is 7 days or longer, attempt to re pre-auth on day 7 (before pre-auth expires). If successful, repeat in 7 days time If unsuccessful take full payment In theory a significant number of pre-auth attempts will be successful and only those that are unsuccessful will result in a full payment and a transactional charage.

Google vacation rentals seem to be the future. It would be great to be integrated for direct bookings.
