It's helpful to provide guests with a booking Id reference as a message tag.

On the guest booking/verification page, it's not instantly obvious at a quick glance which steps have been completed for the guests. It would be useful to put a green tick/highlight the steps that are completed and a cross/red highlight against the steps outstanding... similar to how it appears on our side of the reservation info. At the moment it's all just quite grey and could be clearer to the guest what is left to do.

Update the list of amenities as Airbnb, VRBO have updated there list and not reflected in uplisting options

Currently if a direct, Vrbo or Booking.com ( non-Booking.com payment collection) bookings date changes, or some other change that triggers a price difference it's up to the user to manually work out the balance and charge or refund directly on Stripe. Uplisting should automate this process in some way.

Airbnb’s platform allows hosts to modify the cancellation policy for specific dates directly from their calendar. However, this functionality is currently unavailable when listings are connected through Uplisting—the PMS overrides the setting, preventing any date-specific cancellation-policy adjustments. This limitation creates inconsistencies between what Airbnb natively supports and what we can manage through Uplisting. It also restricts our ability to respond to market conditions or special events where flexible or stricter cancellation policies may be needed for selected dates. Feature Request: Please enable the ability to set or adjust Airbnb cancellation policies for specific date ranges directly within the software, ensuring full compatibility with Airbnb’s native functionality. This enhancement would greatly improve our operational flexibility and keep Uplisting aligned with Airbnb’s current capabilities.

I just talked to vrbo. They said that they have an API link that will allow you to charge variable fees. So Uplisting can allow users to charge an additional fee both by % (like credit cards) or flat fee (like pet).

Please allow the web version to be more user friendly on a phone. It’s impossible to get some information on the phone from the browser . All the menu options overlap and it’s sooooo frustrating .

These numbers are important when considering how many beds to make up etc.

Enable showing the cancelation policy on the listing page, as well as on the booking payment page and enforce the need for the guests to confirm that they accept the cancellation policy
