The largest discount code that could apply should be applied, and all the others should be ignored. ALSO, promotion codes should be available only for specified dates. Example: Only for the month of January, weekdays, etc.

PROPERTY LINE fixed and aligned to pop up window so can see which property. The window ALWAYS defaults to top of page when working on bottom so can not see which property you are working on

ADJUST width of pop up window so can see calendar behind it

Any automatic communication with guests is in English only. Even if we write say Thank you for booking letter in our language, dates etc come out in English, same with email subject

Please integrate with Whimstay. I want to be able to utilize their platform, but Uplisting doesn't currently have an integration. https://www.whimstay.com

Allow users to customize taxes (e.g. they can apply VAT to nightly rates but don’t apply it to cleaning fees). This is something that was requested by a VRM in Mexico as they are obliged to pay VAT on nightly rates but not cleaning fees. Without being able to customize the taxes, they can't use Uplisting as this would mean they'd have a compliance issue.

Ability to I have higher things. Security deposits on day dates like spring break or events.

I have to pay TOT on a quarterly basis for a property, so I run a report for the last 3 months. I have to edit the dates manually each time to generate the booking report, but if there was this 'last quarter' option similar to the 'last month' option, it would save time and possible human errors.

The GUI of your guest facing booking / calendar is very unclear and confusing. My website visitors usually end up emailing me because they can't figure out what dates are available nor successfully select available dates. Please with URGENT PRIORITY update this functionality to replicate the level of visual clarity and usability of the Airbnb property availability calendar. We are losing money every day because of this and will have to look for a different solution if this isn't fixed. Thanks
