Customers now expect shorter and easier checkouts as every second matters. Mobile payments would offer a seamless and secure experience with Apple Pay & Google Pay or other mobile wallets. Also it removes the risk of charge backs

Please add pet fees. This is a huge benefit as people travel with their dogs all the time and our rental is dog friendly. Please add this feature asap!

It would be beneficial if Last Minute and Early discounts were sinced with Direct bookings. They are now only offered on Airbnb. If you like to motivate guests to book directly, this functionality is crucial.

In addition to Schlage and Kwikset smartlocks, we have a garage door with a smart keypad opener through the MyQ app. We currently have to manually create the guest's code for each stay in the MyQ app. It would be great if that was automated like other locks.

Heating systems specifically tailored towards short-term rentals

Stripes charges you for refunds and it adds up quick. Stripe also is bad with chargebacks. Authorize.net is much more business friendly from what I hear.

You still allow double bookings due to your policy of syncing every 2-3 hours instead of ALSO triggering a sync upon receiving a booking. I just got a double booking because of that and it's going to cost me a lot of money plus search penalties on either platform where I will cancel. You should trigger an automatic sync with all platforms immediately when a booking is received IN ADDITION to automatically syncing every hours to prevent this.

Automatically sync listings before booking to reduce double-booking

In case of failure to reauthorize damage deposit due to reduction in hold period the first damage deposit gets captured. As soon as this gets captured stripe charges a fee of 1.8% and sends the payment to the bank. When the deposit is refunded stripe recovers the deposit from the bank which means the host has to pay 2 sets of 1.8% fees. There should be a separate coding for capture of damage deposit so that the payment sits with stripe ready to be refunded and no fees are charged unless there is a manual intervention for real damages. This is adding an unnecessary cost to the business which can be avoided. The coding should be different for the capture of damage deposit in case of re=authorization.

Would be great to have guest option to have additional keys and for us to be able to hold a deposit for them. As am sure alot of apartments have key fobs which are expensive to replace
