Any automatic communication with guests is in English only. Even if we write say Thank you for booking letter in our language, dates etc come out in English, same with email subject

Can we please have the option to send scheduled messages? I know hospitable can do this. ie: Send a message at 10am on Thursdays whenever guests are there that the pool guy will be coming soon.

Provide a PDF, downloadable invoice for every booking. To include the following information: logo guest name name of the property address of the property price breakdown amount that has been paid remaining balance link to Uplisting guest payment page if relevant

The button to the left of the message field in the iOS app for bringing up the 'saved replies' intermittently doesn't work.

It would be helpful to schedule automated messages based on whether a guest has left a review or not. If they have not left a review 10 days after check out (for example), this filter can be used to send them a message to ask them to leave a review.

I automate a message 48 hours after a guest departs reminding them to leave a review. It would be ideal if this message did not send if the guest has already left a review. This is a feature within Hospitable.

i need to be able to send out automated messages guests if they cancel their reservation

Currently, when adding a new property, a user must go to each outbound message to ensure that the new property is ticked. It would be much easier if the tickbox labelled "select all listings" would allow new listings to be automatically added to a message.

When reservations are booked via Airbnb, guests have the option to add other travelers to their trip. When other travelers are added and they message the Host, their messages come through Uplisting on the HOSTS side and HOSTS color (grey) in the messaging tab. You have to look at the profile picture (if applicable) to see who sent the message. Notifications also come through from the Traveler that sent the message NOT the booker (the name on the Uplisting reservation) which can be confusing and make it difficult to track down the message. Requesting ALL messages from guests show up in the messaging tab on the GUEST side in the GUEST color (white) and that somehow the bookers name can be attached to notifications.

The ability to add photos to automated direct messages. For example, photos to assist with check-ins.
