My property owners keep asking me to let them know when new bookings/cancellations are made by guests. This is quite a laborious task. Could owners be notified?

eg "Hi Deborah, Thank you for booking with us. We look forward to having you for 2 days from 5th of June." I am getting bookings for May 2024 and this is confusing to the guest who may think we are telling them they are booked for this year.

Multiple operators in an area may be using the same cleaning company and it would be helpful if the cleaner could use the same email address.

A single cleaner email has no limit of Uplisting user calendars to access. This is an issue if your cleaner cleans for another Uplisting user. They can't effectively scale their business if they must create a new email account for every Uplisting user they clean for.

Have the option to click a button and "pull" current AirBnb photos to VRBO and other sites

User will be able to see a limited calendar. Lists can be created for maintenance items in each property with priority designations. New user received an email when new maintenance items are added. New user can mark a task as complete.

Please add either the Booking Platform ID or the Uplisting ID to cancellation or reservation modification emails. It can be confusing if a guest makes a change to a reservation, but has multiple reservations on or around the same date. Having the ID would make it clear exactly which reservation was changed. Thanks!
