Add ability to schedule another mid stay clean for the cleaners to accept.

Allow users to be notified about unsuccessful payments as otherwise our calendars are blocked and they can’t get replacement bookings.

Support owner email notifications for ALL bookings. The ability to setup a brief email to the property owner each time their property is booked advising them of check in / check out dates, name and number of guests. Subject: Congratulations! ABC Property Manager just booked your property! I'd like to be able at assign cleaning tasks to multiple in house cleaning people for our larger properties that require 2 - 3 cleaning people. We have in house cleaners and do not hire out the cleaning tasks to cleaning companies. We would also like to include a start and end task that registers the time to better keep track of our employees hours. Can these two features be added to "changeovers" ?

Please add the feature where I can create a report based on duration of a changeover event. Tracking the time would be HUGE as most employees are paid an hourly rate. Would also be great to run statistics on cleaning times per unit and person. Thank you!

There is currently not a feature for the cleaners to be alerted when the dates of a booking change, leaving the cleaners looking for the cleaning and missing hours that week. It would be super helpful for the cleaners to get an email when the dates change, regardless if they have accepted the cleaning or if it is still pending

Please include a space to indicate a pet reservation that will also trigger a pet policy message to the guest. as well as breaking down the reservation for number of adults and number of children.

Tracking the time between the cleaner starting and finishing the project and being able to export the data each month. This would be a huge benefit and simplify the workflow a lot. For me it yould also mean getting rid of Turno and having one system less to monitor and jump in between.

These numbers are important when considering how many beds to make up etc.

many counties and cities have their own tax and sometime airbnb/vrbo will not pay them directly but collect it for us to pay (and of course on direct bookings) we need to pay those monthly would be nice to hit a button and get the amounts we need
