Please integrate the management fee variable into the custom formula builder within the management fee rules. Currently, I am unable to include this variable in the total management fee calculation, resulting in an incorrect total within Uplisting. I sometimes use this as a hidden guest fee, therefore I want to at least have the option to include it in the accommodation total.

When requesting monthly financial reports for each listing, the data to be correct for the requested dates. Ie, currently if there is a booking that goes between months, the financial value is captured for the booking, not the date.

Have a toggle switch for turning off taxes for non taxable organizations when booking and invoicing.

Resolution center adjustments such as extra guests or partial refunds should be shown on the reports. This makes accounting easier.

In the tax section per listing, adding more customizable line items. example: being able to add/change (toggle between) percentage (%) and Fixed Dollar Amount($). and add extra line items. My example: My state/local taxes has three percentages (%) and one Fixed ($) I would want the categories separated for ease of accounting, and submitting appropriate taxes sections. I think over all an over haul on the client statement. More functionality. Allowing the me to make more edits in the client statement. The ability to select a date range in the statement would be items one to change.

As some owners are abroad and their home currency is not the same as the listings currency, it would help very much if you could add a feature of the insights where we can see the revenue and datas to change to another major currency such as GBP, USD and EUR.

A user should be able to run a report showing how much money to expect to be taken in over a certain period of time based on reservation amounts. Then the user could make sure all monies were received. Right now, there is no way to tell if the money owed was money received.

A credit added should automatically recalculate the upcoming payment.
